A: The price depends on the material, the quantity, the design and print or embroidery. Once you receive the exact details, we will be able to provide the best prices while maintaining the highest quality.
3.Q:Can I customize my own tags and logo?
A: Of course. We offer customized service, not only the tags and logo, but also for the design and packing of your choice.
4. Q: Can you help to design?
A: Yes, upon your request, we will advise and share some reference items and develop designs especially for you. Your own samples/designs/sketches/pictures are also acceptable.
6. Q: Can you make the color we need?
A: Yes, you can choose the color you need, just provide us with the PMS color number. If the quantity of your order is small, we can provide the fabric color card for your selection. For big quantities, we can custom make the fabric according to the Pantone color of your choice.
7. Q: Can I get samples made?
A: A reference sample can be provided, against a deposit on the buyer’s account. We support sampling as per your or your client's own design. Once we receive approval on the design, material and printing method, we will produce the samples and provide a photo for your approval. Upon approval, we will send the sample to you to check all the details. Our sample production time is usually 7-10 days.
8.Q:What about the MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 3000 pcs per design for full sublimation products according to your artwork and size chart.
9. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is of the top most priority for us. From the beginning of production to the end, we maintain strict quality control measures. Our factories are SGS authenticated.
10. Q: How do you send the goods?
A: It depends on customers' requirements and the quantity of the order. Normally, orders are shipped by boat in cartons via our shipping agent. We can ship to all the seaports of the world. You can also choose to ship by either air & FedEx etc.
11. Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept the following payment terms:
T/T: 30% as deposit, 40% upon approval of PP samples and the remaining 30% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.
12. Q: What about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 14 to 45 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
